When will we see the report?
This relationship report has many chapters (20 chapters, hundreds of pages) and takes time to compile carefully — expect it saved to your member library within 24 hours, with a pickup notice sent out. The notice goes to your registered member email, so please check your spam folder too.
How is this different from other readings?
Most readings, courses and consultations run on a single system from start to finish (Bazi, or Zi Wei, or astrology, or Human Design). Hour Light integrates 37 systems, organised by "relationship domain", each chapter tagged with "which systems it draws on". When you finish, you know this is a book that belongs to the two of you.
Can we get a refund?
A report the AI has already generated can't be refunded (the cost is already incurred). If it hasn't appeared in your library after 24 hours, please contact us on LINE and we'll check the status or resend.
Do Hour Light members get a discount?
