Part 4|Relationship OS

Article 16|What Relationship OS is

Relationship OS is a digital content analysis and self-awareness tool.

The paid product is the in-depth shared relationship compass report: personalised, made-to-order digital content that is not pre-produced.

The service as a whole includes:

Article 17|Nature of the service

Relationship OS is not any of the following regulated services:

What it is:

Article 18|The opt-in approach flow

The opt-in approach flow is an additional guidance feature attached to the in-depth shared compass report, and is not the core of what you pay for.

How it works:

Article 19|Relationship OS pricing

The in-depth shared compass report is sold as a one-off purchase (available to everyone, membership or not):

Article 20|Relationship OS refunds (Consumer Protection Act §19)

This is digital content sold at a distance. Under Article 19(1) of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act:

Article 21|Consent to waive the 7-day cooling-off period

Before payment you must tick an explicit consent box (unticked by default):

□ I agree that Relationship OS may begin providing my compass results / approach-flow access / membership benefits immediately, and I understand this waives the 7-day cooling-off period under Article 19(1) of the Consumer Protection Act.

Consent records are stored for at least 5 years (the general limitation period under the Civil Code), including the time of consent, IP address and user agent.

Article 22|Age limits for Relationship OS

Article 23|Account rules for Relationship OS

Article 24|We are not party to what happens privately between users

Once you exchange contact details yourselves through the approach flow, everything that follows:

Article 25|Reserved

This number is reserved for future expansion. New provisions will be inserted as "Article 25-1", "Article 25-2" and so on, so that existing article numbers stay stable for reference.

Article 26|Payment (no auto-renewal)

This platform does not offer auto-renewal and never takes recurring payments. On the English site there is no membership plan at all — every reading, manual and almanac is a single purchase.

Article 27|Private matching mode

📌 This is a private matching mode. The platform offers no public browsing, sells no personal data, shows no profiles and discloses no chart data. A Threads ID is shared only after both sides consent and a match is made.

27.1 What it is

Private matching mode is a background compatibility-analysis service delivered as digital content, aimed at exploring connection in many forms. There is no public database and no public profile browsing.

27.2 What it is not (and why it is not marriage brokerage)

27.3 Profile data (limited and never public)

A matching profile contains only: nickname (up to 8 characters, not your real name) / age band / region / what you are looking for / a short bio (up to 200 characters, visible to you, not shown to the other person) + your Threads ID (the only field revealed after a successful match).

All of it is used solely for background matching and is never shown to other users. After a match, the other person sees only the Threads ID.

Permanently never collected: LINE / IG / FB / phone / email / real name / full address / employer / medical records / genetic or health data / political views / religion / criminal record (special-category data under PDPA §6).

Special-category exception: "the range of people you would like to be matched with" (including gender preference, which may imply sexual orientation, and is therefore special-category data under PDPA §6) is handled under the statutory exception: a separate written-consent checkbox plus a digital trail (time of consent, IP, user agent, terms version). It is used strictly for background matching and never shown to other users. See §27.9.

27.4 Member benefits

27.5 Notifications, accepting, declining, blocking and reporting

27.6 Privacy rules for compatibility analysis

After a successful match:

27.7 The three core matching conditions

Matching is decided on these three conditions only, and all three must hold before any further assessment:

27.8 Two-stage consent

Consent is taken in two stages to protect both sides:

27.9 Written consent for special-category data (PDPA §6)

Because "my gender" and "the range of people I want to be matched with" may imply sexual orientation, they are special-category data under PDPA §6 and require written consent through a separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox.

27.10 Review, termination and refunds

This platform does not provide matchmaking: we do not pair members up, do not recommend other members to you, and provide no way for members to contact or notify one another. Our compatibility calculations analyse data you entered yourself, stored in your own account, which other users cannot read.

27.11 Exclusion of the 7-day cooling-off period

AI reading reports are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, or online services completed the moment they are provided. Under Article 2(5) of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, and with your prior consent, the 7-day unconditional right of rescission under Consumer Protection Act §19(1) does not apply.

Where this applies (generated instantly on payment, complete on delivery): chart readings (essentials / full / synastry), the Personal User Manual, the Relationship User Manual, theme guides (love navigation / career path / wealth blueprint), chart calibration, AI card readings (including pet, family, SPA, nail and Time Card readings), Akashic / inner palace / past life / name / wallpaper / prayer readings, matching calculations, shared compass analysis, follow-up questions and academy readings.

Where it does not apply (not complete on delivery; handled under §27.10 and consumer law): courses, bookings, one-to-one human services, birthday-month gifts (which involve manual handling and physical delivery), and membership plans or usage top-ups.

27.12 Security of personal data files (PDPA §27 III)

We maintain a personal data security plan under PDPA §27 III, with these technical and organisational measures:

27.13 Permanently prohibited

27.14 Enforcement

27.15 We do not intervene

27.16 Limits

Article 28|Changes to and termination of Relationship OS

Article 29|Layered and just-in-time consent

Our consent design follows the layered disclosure and just-in-time notice approach recommended by the EDPB's 2026 coordinated enforcement framework, and complies with PDPA §15 and §19 and Consumer Protection Act §19.

29.1 What one-time consent at registration covers

Ticking "I have read and agree" at registration covers all of the following at once, so you are not asked again during ordinary use:

29.2 Four just-in-time exceptions

Taiwanese law requires these four to be disclosed again at the moment they arise. We do that with inline micro-copy rather than interrupting you with pop-ups:

29.3 Consent trail

At registration we record a consent trail: timestamp, browser user agent, screen size, terms version and privacy policy version, with the IP address added by the backend. The trail is kept for 5 years and stored encrypted under the PDPA §27 security duty.

29.4 Withdrawing consent

Members can withdraw any consent at any time under "Member centre → Account settings → Consent management". Withdrawal takes effect within 7 working days, and we stop the related processing within a reasonable period.

29.5 Legal basis
